"They had to come out twice to do cleaning as after the first attempt there were still many stains on furniture. There were still stains after second cleaning so maybe they were permanent. In the future, communicating that residual stains are probably permanent would change our perspective from the service being deficient to the stains being indelible."

Premier came out and cleaned the windows as requested. After they left I noted some areas that seemed hazy on one side of the house.
