"They had to come out twice to do cleaning as after the first attempt there were still many stains on furniture. There were still stains after second cleaning so maybe they were permanent. In the future, communicating that residual stains are probably permanent would change our perspective from the service being deficient to the stains being indelible."

"Very well in all respects. Easy to contact and set up appointments for two recent visits. Crew arrived promptly both times. First job was for cleaning carpets (3 rooms, plus stairs). Second was to clean upholstery (sofa and 2 chairs). Crew worked carefully and efficiently, explaining and/or answering questions when asked. What an immediate difference in appearance! Excellent results, even though drying time generally somewhat longer than estimated. I have used Superior four times now for carpet and upholstery cleaning and will call them again when needed. "I had my house windows CLEANED (inside/outside)--not repaired. The house is almost 30 years old and the windows (to my knowledge as 3rd owner) are original to the house. Premier came out and cleaned the windows as requested. After they left I noted some areas that seemed hazy on one side of the house. They returned to re-clean those windows in front of me (from the outside while I was inside), and it was clear that it wasn't their products nor cleaning ability but the age of the windows that had a haze that could not even be scraped off. I was satisfied with their patience and professionalism in handling my return request. I would hire them again."
