"Very skilled crew took down 2 mature oaks (each ~100 feet tall) in close proximity to a carport, a neighborâ s fence, and a dogwood tree. They dismantled the trees, chipped the smaller branches, cut and loaded out the bigger trunk pieces all without damaging anything. They worked quickly, cleaned up all the debris, and were all very friendly in the process. Weâ ve used H&C before and weâ re likely to use them again."

"Came by on Saturday and came by again on Monday and Tuesday and did the work work from 10 to 5 each day. Removed two very large trees and 5 other large trees. Wood was stacked very nicely creating a natural barrier fence for me. This was a five-man crew that worked Non-Stop from 10 to 5 each day. This is the third time I've had Gordon bad to do tree work over a five-year span. And I would not hesitate to call and use him again."

"These guys did a great job on my residential property. They cut down a total of 6 trees and some branches. Also cleaned up brush and debris. All in one day. Very professional and diligent. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have some trees cut down."

"We needed a large tree removed due to the storm and a number of other trees removed for a fence. Also needed some trimming of branches on trees we were keeping along with some stump grinding. They did the job pretty fast and cleaned up everything. We're very happy with the job they did."

Brush Chipping questions, answered by experts

The cost to remove all bushes around a house can vary widely based on the size and number of bushes, their location, and the complexity of the removal process. Smaller properties with fewer or smaller bushes may cost less, while larger properties with numerous or larger bushes will cost more. Additionally, if any bushes are located in hard-to-reach areas, you’ll likely pay additional labor costs. To get an accurate cost estimate, it’s always a good idea to obtain quotes from local landscaping or tree removal services based on the specific needs of your property.

Debris removal is often included in the overall cost of having a tree removed from your property. However, tree maintenance service companies do not always include debris removal in their pricing, so ask any contractors offering tree trimming cost estimates whether or not removal is included. If you want to keep the wood mulch, ask if they charge extra for it as well.

Alternatives to a dumpster include junk removal services and dumpster bags. These are good options if you have limited space and can’t fit a dumpster on your property or if a dumpster isn’t available. You can also take smaller loads of waste to a disposal facility yourself if you have a vehicle that can fit your items.

If you don’t have too many fallen leaves, one option is to leave them in place. They’ll eventually decompose, adding vital nutrients to the soil. But if you have a thick layer of leaves smothering your lawn, you’ll want to either mulch them or bag them up for removal. If you choose to collect and bag your leaves, check with your local municipality on any specific guidelines to dispose of them. Many cities offer curbside pickup if the leaves are disposed of in yard waste bags or containers.

The legality of blowing leaves into the street depends on your city or county laws. Many cities have codes that restrict blowing leaves into the street because it can obstruct the view of nearby drivers and make cars dirty, not to mention angering neighbors. Violations can result in a fine or other problems. You can check the codes on your municipal government website to learn more local guidelines, but avoid spraying leaves into streets for now.
