James came in and fixed the mess left by another contractor. He was punctual, professional and fairly priced. No surprises and he finished a complete renovation on time and on budget.

Mold was not fully removed, crawl space was not dry enough to apply sealant of the wood. ServPro is redoing the work. James was competent enough to question the damage to all sub floor throughout the house, but his workers did a poor job. Demanded payment before we had a chance to inspect-$8K, we paid $4K fortunately on a credit card. This company did not do $8K worth of work, charged us for rental of all equipment almost $4K for 4 days-shouldn't a mold remediation company own its own equipment? No heavy cleaning/scrubbing/ brushing was done. They just sprayed peroxide stuff that foamed up, let it dry, and vacuumed. Three days of running a couple of fans and one big dehumidifyer and charged us for the daily rental of a lot of equipment they never used. We took tons of pictures of the mold they left behind only 5 days after the project was supposedly done. Be wary-they are not mold remediation experts. These pictures are after Services321 finished their cleanup.
