He provided a verbal preliminary report and is to provide a written final report w/ specifications for the mods we are proposing. (Removing a wall upstairs and a post downstairs.) We were happy to hear that our mods were going to be less complicated than originally thought and consequently less expensive. We have the peace of mind that the proposed changes are structurally sound and will be done correctly.

"Had a full replacement done. Damage was found to the leading boards across the entire front and half of the back. All repairs were done without extra charge. The crew was courteous, friendly, responsive and professional. Quote was slightly higher than one other company and nearly the same as a third quote in the area but the peace of mind that repairs were going to be made without extra charge was well worth it. Also includes a two year service for any issues. Sales person spent two hours in our home giving us the details before we signed the contract. I would strongly recommend."
