"i needed a survey, drain field layout for pump type system, house site, and well placement. this survey included vacating 3 lines separating this property into 4 lots, in order to make it into 1 lot of .813 acre. Dr. Brooks always to a text or phone call within 24 hours. This is a one stop shop surveying, soil engineering/testing, well placement, and home placement. This saves time and resources, not going to separate firms for related services.
