"The owner of Valley Mold Remediation came to my home for no cost to check my basement for mold. There were signs of mold at one of our basement windows. He used a tool that checks for dampness and determined the mold was just on the surface and had not spread under the walls. He also checked out double doors for dampness and did not find them to be of concern. He showed me where the seal on our window was gaping, allowing some moisture to cause the mold that I saw and even measured the windows in case I wanted to replace them. (He doesn't do windows, he was just being helpful) I felt comfortable with this man in my home and certain that he was being honest.
