Everything was finished on time and to our satisfaction.  Craig even made changes to the job after starting as per our request.

Craig's small business portrayed itself competently, and very professionally. His employees were exceptionally well mannered, and were never seen slacking off, or playing around. He noted items that were out of code, and showing his ethics and professional approach to his job and contract, replaced/upgraded items as needed. He kept us fully apprised of any scheduling conflicts, and delays due to supply; though they were rare, and never actually of his doing.
We came in under budget, and would have come in further under budget, had the previous contractors who either built, or upgraded the house not used sub-par methods.

The house we had under contract had a mold issue in the basement that we knew about. Craig called in his mold and insulation guy to have a look for estimate purposes. When he got sick from the mold in the basement, he called in a favor with a colleague, who determined that not only was the basement dangerous, but the entire house was a biohazard, filled with lethal levels of four toxic molds. Instead of the $4,000-$5,000 the listing agent said the basement repairs would cost, the whole house would cost at least $60,000. A very brief exposure to the house was enough to make our son sick for a week and a half--if we had moved in after only fixing the basement, he might have died. Thank you Craig Construction!

We are so happy with Craig's work and would recommend this business anytime. Craig came into our home to correct issues left behind by our former contractor. Needless to say, we were apprehensive after our past experience but from the start Craig assured us he'd fix our problems, do a great job and that the nightmare was over.
He was right. All along the way Craig illustrated professionalism, skill and diligence that provided us with the high quality results we had expected from the start of our project. His work is beautiful, he takes his time and does things the proper way.
The subs that came in to work were also professional and experienced. Craig was on site to supervise the work and to perform quality control to ensure that everything was just right.
We will finally have the beautiful home we wanted and can now get on with life.

Overall, things went very well. Craig was there to oversee all aspects of the job. He was extremely professional and was very responsive to any questions we had. We really had no surprises. We are very pleased with the final product and would not hesitate to use Craig's services again.
