I got s visit the next day to look the project over. While here he evaluated several trees and told me what he could do to enhance their existence as well as to protect my property. He was here the very next morning and did a beautiful job in a very reasonable amount of time. This company is honest, and trustworthy. As a female dealing with a comoany I never felt I was being taken advantage of by this company."

"Basement Project We absolutely love our new basement! I was very nervous when selecting the contractor for this job. I interviewed three contractors for the job, all seem very decent, but what set Best Home apart was Jeff Segovia. He designed the whole layout of our basement (we love it) and oversaw the entire project from beginning to end. The construction crews were very polite and friendly. Best Home did an excellent job and very flexible with many changes I had and they completed the job on time (took 3 months and exactly 1 week)which was amazing. I am actually hiring them again for additional projects. I highly recommend Best Homes!"

Working with Julio on the scope of work was easy and, in fact, a pleasure since his experience and customer-oriented approach improved immeasurably on my own ideas for creating an attractive rock based garden to replace overgrown and dying shrubbery. I am totally satisfied with the results and the entire experience working again with ET Landscaping. "I hired Jovel to build stairs, retaining walls and planters connecting my existing patio to a new patio that I also hired Jovel's company to build. The stairs, retaining wall and planters were completed in September. In October, I had a licensed inspector at my home for another project and he pointed out that the stairs Jovel had built did not meet code. The inspector stated that stairs must be of equal rise and the lower and upper stairs were not in acceptable range with the other two. He also stated that three or more stairs required a handrail and that the stairs were POOR construction. Jovel has refused to correct the issue or refund any money paid. "Next Level did a sprinkler system installation for me. Julian, the point person and (I think) owner for Next Level, communicated well throughout the process. He took his time to explain the technology, his reasoning for the proposal, the timeline, and the options and tradeoffs. His quote was the most competitive among the 4 I received, and he took care of everything. We had a couple of hiccups due to weather, but he otherwise delivered on the schedule he promised the day he provided the quote. The team was fast (completed the project in about 6 hours) and very neat. Very happy with the outcome."

"It really is a big deal when you find a team that delivers what they promise and they do it with exceptional service and quality. Cassella Design & Build is that team! It has been amazing to work with them. Elijah and his team are responsive, come with great ideas, are professional, and they utilize an easy to review project system that was really cool (as you walk with them, they can add or remove items to your quote and it tracks it all). We started our project in March and the rain was a pain, but many times they pushed through since they knew we had a pool opening date that we were trying to keep. I can't say enough great things about his company. I will no doubt have them out here to do I highly recommend them!"

We had originally hired them to remodel our master bathroom but when COVID hit we shifted our focus to our partially unfinished basement. They had no problem with the change and quickly designed our basement for secondary living and room for extended guest stays. We truly appreciated the professionalism, workmanship and, above all, cleanliness of the TCB team. They went above and beyond to clean up each and every day. They wore masks and kept their distance from our family. They fielded questions from subcontractors so we didn't have to be unnecessarily exposed. The space itself turned out beautifully and has already proved invaluable. When our teen was recently exposed to COVID he was able to very comfortably isolate until he received his negative diagnosis. "We just had the original kitchen in our 1968 house gutted and renewed by Vienna Prime Custom Kitchen & Bath (Prime Custom). BLUF: We highly recommend you consider them in your due diligence efforts to find a reliable & quality K&B contractor. Good internet reviews were a significant factor in selecting potential bidders for the refurbishment of our kitchen and two full bathrooms; that’s why we are submitting this robust positive feedback. In fact we are putting our money where our mouth is by awarding the refurbishment of our two main bathrooms to Prime Custom. These two combined projects are more costly than the kitchen was. Our procurement strategy was to hold back the bathrooms until they proved themselves with the kitchen. They came through in spades. Our kitchen journey from planning, contracting, detailed design, execution and final delivery was by no means a cakewalk but Prime Custom was an outstanding partner and delivered a quality product. We trust them! Believe me, we were a bigger “PitA” than any customer under the sun but Prime Custom Prime was collectively patient, understanding, informative and most importantly tolerant of their sometimes-antsy interior design challenged clueless customer. Their team, including an involved owner, consisted of Filiz the designer (PC Vienna), Nick the PM (PC Arlington), and several company employed skilled tradesmen in all disciplines, including the après project cleaning crew that were “the Best”. Even with a professional and organized contractor team doing quality work, the vagaries of ripping out and replacing a kitchen is a taxing psychological rollercoaster. Despite a detailed Statement of Work (SoW), there were lots of moving parts with so many big and small decisions throughout the project. Prime Custom did a masterful job “herding cats”. The project was 95% complete in three weeks and we were able to reclaim our new beautifulyl retooled kitchen by the middle of the fourth week. We did our homework. We developed three pages of bulletized line items, one for each room in our SoW. After interviewing a dozen K&B contractors including onsite visits and receiving half a dozen bids on our very comprehensive SoW, we culled the list down to three potential providers. Prime Custom matched the low bid for the kitchen with one contractor and the two bathrooms of another. We decided to go with Prime Custom with the hope of their doing all three rooms after they proved their worth on the kitchen. Our strategy has worked so far. We will update our review after Prime Custom completes the two bathrooms. It pays to be anal in working on home improvement project contracting, no matter how painful."
