It took 2 years, but I finally called "Under one Roof" and Kevin and his crew removed a dumpster of trash from my cement slab. They were through, reliable, trustworthy. Owner did not build the gate correctly when doing this project on his own (door was to swing out instead of in per building inspection and door was not supported and dropped, causing it not to close. When asked to come back, it took approximately three weeks and a number of phone calls by us. Owner had poor communication throughout the project. After fixing the gate, owner did not clean up the work site. leaving pieces of wood, nails and shavings on the deck. Owner stated he was going to sand the rough cuts he made on the hand rail and owner left without sanding it."
