"It all started out well after purchase of the initial Angie's list deal.  We promptly agreed on a date and a gentlemen came to measure and start the paperwork. Install date was set for 11/5/15. On 11/4, I was called about setting an install date.  My response was I already had one for the next day. Long story short, the company did not bother to tell me they had cancelled my appointment, they just acted like I never had one.  It was as though one side of the business did not know what the other side was doing. Since I made arrangements to be home on the 5th, I was not happy.  We finally settled on the 12th and the installation went smoothly enough.  However after completion, I noticed the installers had broken a piece of moulding in front of the patio door.  I know they realized they cracked it because they used clear caulk as a fix. I called the company and they said they would replace.  As of 11/30, the moulding still has not been replaced even though I was told the installer was picking up molding on 11/17.
I will say the person who came to measure and the lady who did the follow-up calling were professional. However, I can't say the same for the install side. The contact person was nice enough but he did not contact me to say the install was cancelled and to me it's taking way too long to replace the molding the installers broke.  I view it as a lack of integrity to cover up breaking the piece and not bothering to say anything to me.  The patio door is beautiful and I had planned to purchase a front door from them but have changed my mind.

"Tony the owner of Tan the Handyman was very responsive to my initial inquiry, asked important questions, set a date/time and gave a quote. I had a very large mirror to hang. He arrived on the date and time with one of his repairmen and immediately began the job. They were extremely Professional patient kind helpful and friendly! The job was performed with expertise! They went above and beyond moving another mirror and hanging it as well. The mirror I hired to hang was 62” x 49” weighing 150 lbs! It looks fantastic! They cleaned up and made sure I was 100% satisfied with the results which I absolutely was!!! I will definitely hire again with new projects I’ve been putting off because I haven’t been able to find anyone who is consistent, reliable and does quality work at reasonable prices!!! "You'd think it would be easy to buy a screen door. Because of the configuration of my door opening, I contacted 5 companies that couldn't help me. On my 6th try I found Vivid Screens. I had never seen a retractable door. It was George from Vivid Screens who suggested the retractable door. He came out twice to measure, was polite and nice to work with, and did a neat job. I love my retractable screen door. George also solved another problem for me. I was getting such intense sun in my bedroom that I couldn't go in there at times during the day, not to mention air conditioning costs. George suggested tinting my windows (like a windshield). "The main house re-roofing went fine. The carport/storage shed flat roof, not so good. The initial project, remove old roof, bad plywood and wood joists, replace with 30lb paper and 5v metal, well. After the first rain, leaks were discovered. The contractor came back and replaced the 30lb felt with ice and snow shield and re-screwed down the metal. A couple of good rains and the roof still leaks. Not a big leak, but little leaks turn into big ones and then major repair.
I have tried to get them to come back out to repair the very minor leak for at least 6 weeks now, and all I have gotten from them is lip/text service. It will take me more time to write this negative review about their poor customer service
 then it will to make the repair!!! By the way,  the roof repair is only about 3-4 months old.
