He was good about explaining the process to us so everyone understood what was to be expected. Randy was very friendly and completed the work as planned and scheduled. He also did a great job of installing new lattice for the deck skirting as part of the project. I thought the price charged was fair and reasonable and we have asked him to give us an estimate to pressure wash and paint the deck and other house trim. "

"I called primarily because we had'nt used the insert in a few years and had gotten a wasp's nest in the chimney which was removed when we had the roof redone. I wanted to find out if a screen could be put on top to stop wasps from getting in. After being told they had had a 1 and 1/2 hour drive to get to me they could'nt do anything but put on a new cap for 400 to 500 dollars which would make it worth their while for the trip. They did'nt do a cleaning and were here for about 20 minutes. It was a special they were running for a cleaning and inspection. "

Brian and team from Walls had done a previous job- installing a ventilating fan in the ceiling of our guest bathroom where our old fan was doing a terrible job; paint was peeling because of moisture. Brian got me a much better fan and installed it- difference was amazing.
