He was good about explaining the process to us so everyone understood what was to be expected. Randy was very friendly and completed the work as planned and scheduled. He also did a great job of installing new lattice for the deck skirting as part of the project. I thought the price charged was fair and reasonable and we have asked him to give us an estimate to pressure wash and paint the deck and other house trim. "

"I called primarily because we had'nt used the insert in a few years and had gotten a wasp's nest in the chimney which was removed when we had the roof redone. I wanted to find out if a screen could be put on top to stop wasps from getting in. After being told they had had a 1 and 1/2 hour drive to get to me they could'nt do anything but put on a new cap for 400 to 500 dollars which would make it worth their while for the trip. They did'nt do a cleaning and were here for about 20 minutes. It was a special they were running for a cleaning and inspection. "

Work was really well done- biggest problem is that the part of the ceiling they installed is so much nicer than the part that wasn't affected by the flood. Brian and team from Walls had done a previous job- installing a ventilating fan in the ceiling of our guest bathroom where our old fan was doing a terrible job; paint was peeling because of moisture. Brian got me a much better fan and installed it- difference was amazing. The guys saw that our banister going down to the basement had come loose- and without my asking and at no charge, they repaired it. I now use them for a variety of handy man tasks. They are not cheap: as I recall, around $125 to come out - but they are fast and very good and manage to keep the price reasonable. "
