They were very professional and courteous from the rep they sent to assess the situation to the very efficient appointment updates as to when they would start the job. "The tecnichian arrived on time and performed the services as expected.  had a problem with the drill he was using to drill the holes along the foundation walls for the termite treatments.  part of the problem was our outside outlets had previously tripped the GFCI breaker and we didn't know it.

"Randy Hudson did a great job of repairing/replacing a rotted deck post on my dad?s deck.  He was very good at assessing the damage and work necessary to correct the problem.  He was good about explaining the process to us so everyone understood what was to be expected.  Randy was very friendly and completed the work as planned and scheduled.  He also did a great job of installing new lattice for the deck skirting as part of the project.  I thought the price charged was fair and reasonable and we have asked him to give us an estimate to pressure wash and paint the deck and other house trim.
