This was certainly a major project, but thanks to Diandre Williams, Yasser Garcia, and Thomas Jackson from JES, there was no disruption or inconvenience to our family. They arrived on time, checked in with us, explained what was going on, and went right to work. "I am extremely happy with AJ's service, start to finish. We initially reached out for an estimate at the beginning of 2015. A representative came to our house to explain all the different products as well as pricing and timing. I had reached out to 2 other companies before hand but was not comfortable their high pressure selling. AJ was very patient with us regarding our timing and budget. I received an estimate on the spot and was able to take my time to review and get back to them. We scheduled the work for May and was able to have 7 Windows removed and replaced in only a few hours. "The installers arrived on time and were professional in their work.  I had done a lot of research on gutter guard systems and determined that the Gutter Dome was the best solution - stainless steel with a mesh that would not pass debris from the roof or pine needles.  They finished fairly quickly and appeared to have done a good job.  Upon later closer inspection we found some roofing shingles that were left up and several ends that were not finished.  We have a "V" joint where the garage roof meets the main house.  We were assured that the Gutter Dome would capture the water flow in this corner without a baffle.  That turned out not to be the case, so they returned to add a baffle, finish the ends and lay the shingles flat.
      Later we found that a light mist or heavy dew would not go through the mesh so we ended up with a constant dripping all around the house.  This would not be a problem except that it drips right over the front and rear entrance doors and that moisture freezes in the winter leaving a slick coating of ice.  In a heave dew the water collects and runs in rivulets across the surface of the Gutter Dome and over the edge of the gutter.  The solution was supposed to be a scrubbing with a detergent such as Simple Green and/or the passage of time.  Not so.  After over a year it was still dripping.  The company is now under new ownership but after an initial miscommunication we had a visit from Will to try to correct the problem.  He arrived on time, in fact early enough to observe the dripping.  His initial idea was to run a bead of silicone along the surface of the Gutter Dome, but I questioned the longevity of that solution.  He ended up installing a 1/4" hand-cut deflector near the edge of the gutter.  Unfortunately that didn't help. 
    After a few more calls and discussions with Kieth and Dan, Will came back and replaced a number of sections of the Gutter Dome with the slightly wider mesh Magna.  Water from heavy dew and light rain can more easily get through the Magna's surface and that appears to have taken care of the problem.  It's almost impossible to tell where one stops and the other begins except for the drips over the edge of the gutter.  No pine needles or debris get through either.
     This dripping was not a problem with our old system (which is no longer available) and we were very disappointed with the way this installation had turned out but impressed with Kieth, Dan & Will's willingness to correct it.  In the meantime I've changed their responsiveness and overall rating to A's thanks to their efforts.  I will say, however that it took numerous calls and quite a bit of time before they did come back (we are 2 hours away from their location but within their service area), so be persistent.
     All in all we are happy with the installation and still believe this is the best gutter guard system available.  I would not hesitate to use them if we were starting over again."

"Two painters arrived on time on Friday and worked all day and did the priming and partially broke up the hearth, with a chisel and a hammer. Personally I think it would have been easier on them if they had used a hammer drill. Two more painters arrived on time on Sat. and did the rest of the hearth, finished painting and did the trim. They did a very professional job on time and on budget and I would use them again.
