My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. "The crew did an excellent job and were a great bunch of guys.  They were even kind enough to help me hang up a decoration on the front of the house before they left.  The process was delayed by almost 2 weeks due to weather and other issues.  Before I had even signed the contract to use them to replace the roof (which is the first service I used them for) they came out and looked at the places that were leaking and patched them up until the replacement could be done.  They worked in a neat and orderly fashion and cleaned up all of their mess.
