"They put in a lot of crappy boards. They were the only ones that I found that replied that would put in the fence that I wanted. Most of it was very good, but, of course, on the far side of the yard I found lots of boards that were not up to snuff. Eight years ago they got the fence in. I wasn't there (when they did the work). I would use them again in the future only if I stood over them with a shotgun. They could have used better boards and given me a lighter gauge. I wasn't there for the most part and they were all Hispanic so I've got no idea how the workers were, but the contractor that was watching over them had no complaints.

"The team found bricks that matched the shape of the current ones, constructed the railing so it was identical to the original design (required by my HOA) and painted it with three layers of primer/paint to fend off future rust. Project included sanding and repainting an iron gate as well. I am totally pleased with the finished product and will be soon using the 5th Gen Group for another brick project."

"These guys are professionals! They work efficiently and are time conscientious. They are perfectionists with their work and they even custom built a gate for me. "Borderline was very responsive to my request for a survey. They were able to come within a few days and charged 1/3 of what some other surveyors wanted.
