"It turned out pretty  good, they had the right equipment, but they did leave a bit of a mess on my computer and they left wood chips and whatever came out of my deck all over the bedroom, but other than that, they did a good job. They came out within a couple of days, very quickly. There were no additional charges on top of the big deal charge. I sent them a reply card saying that they left a mess but I didn't call them. They seemed to be responsive, and they did a great job other than a couple of returns."
