"It turned out pretty  good, they had the right equipment, but they did leave a bit of a mess on my computer and they left wood chips and whatever came out of my deck all over the bedroom, but other than that, they did a good job. They came out within a couple of days, very quickly. There were no additional charges on top of the big deal charge. The quality of the air seems pretty good, they showed before and after pictures of all the stuff they got out of there, except for some reason it had a mess on my computer. I told them about the return, and they still had stuff that shot out, so I vacuumed that, and it is fine now. I didn't know about the mess until after they left. I sent them a reply card saying that they left a mess but I didn't call them. They seemed to be responsive, and they did a great job other than a couple of returns."

"21 years ago, Superior installed a water softener system that served a family of 8 over that period. The system easily outlived its life expectancy. My own recently failed PRV valve finally exposed the system's end of life weaknesses. One phone call to Superior and the very next day Martin Alvaredo showed up at my door and quickly diagnosed and easily demonstrated to me a substantially degraded system that had lived a full and exciting life. We quickly agreed to a replacement system and price. Two days later the installer showed up at my door. Two hours later I had a new PRV and new soft water system. The professionalism, cleanliness, efficiency, expertise, communication etc. etc. is way beyond mere compliment or praise. Superb may be an understatement as well. In any case, we are more than happy.
