"Curt was very professional and did an amazing job cleaning our shower tile and grout. There wet a couple spots where mold seeped out of the grout after he cleaned it, and when I let him know he offered to come back and touch those up. He returned and got those all cleaned up and the shower looks amazing. He has also cleaned a large sectional in the past and did an incredible job on that as well. Will definitely hire him again."

"Didn't complete the job as originally discussed. Inadvertently late. There was supposed to be f/u to clean vents but never returned. Service not paid for and I elected to not do it."

"Patrick answered the phone at 7:30 pm when I first called, called 20 min prior to the appointment, and arrived on time.
He and his helper were both very pleasant to deal with and did excellent work.
I initially thought the price for cleaning the upholstery was on the high side but then I saw the amount of effort he put into it and the results.
I am having him come back at the end of the month to do the upstairs carpets and grout in the tile floors.

Upholstery Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Without the proper cleaning techniques and products, your couch may look worn out and discolored after cleaning. This happens when you use too much water or soap, or use the wrong cleaning product for your couch’s fabric. To avoid an unsightly couch after cleaning, double-check that you’re using the correct amount of an approved cleaner along with the proper techniques.

Stay away from using window cleaners and other harsh cleaning solutions on antique wood—or any wood in your home for that matter. The pH of the cleaners can break down the finish and permanently damage and stain the wood below. Even when it comes to more durable areas, such as when cleaning your baseboards, only use cleaning solutions that are safe for porous materials.

Cleaning a leather sofa is typically easier than cleaning fabric sofas, although they do need annual conditioning to keep them in top condition. Where you can often quickly wipe down moisture-repellent leather with a damp cloth to remove dirt and spills, you might have to scrub fabrics and use specialist cleaning products to get rid of ingrained grime or soaked-in stains.

To prepare for mattress cleaning, clear the area around the mattress or move it to a different area so you or your hired specialist has ample space to clean thoroughly. This may involve moving furniture and any fragile décor items. Remove all bedding from the mattress. If possible, schedule your cleaning on a sunny day with low humidity to help speed up the drying process.

If your couch has a non-washable upholstery, you’ll likely need to use dry cleaning products rather than foam or liquid cleaners. If that’s the case, we strongly recommend hiring a professional upholstery cleaner to get the job done. Some dry cleaning products are dangerous to use, and those with abrasive chemicals can destroy certain types of fabric. A professional furniture cleaner will know which to use and in what quantity for a safe, deep clean.
