I found Thoroclene because of the high number of positive reviews they had already received and they did not disappoint. We had several puppy pet stains and a soda explosion in our new home. John came in and went through each room with us. (UVlight was eye opening! :) In very short order he explained what the stain removals would require and what treatment was needed then he went to work. He finished the entire home in under 3 hours from start to finish and it looks amazing. I would highly recommend their services to anyone and will definitely use them in the future if needed. "Zero problems and outstanding workmanship and material quality. Dean and Justin (son) are artisans working with Quartz and tile. Justin's idea on the backsplash tile layout was wonderful. Their pricing is in-line with several estimates I got from a local carpet, floor, and tile store in Roy Utah. I didn't go with them because their estimate did not include a sink, plumber, or backsplash and when that got included, the price was equivalent. The difference being I didn't know who would do the work. I met Dean and decided on the spot that he would do the work. He is a good and honest guy. You won't go wrong with him."

It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"

To ensure an even and unbending surface to lay tiles on, you’ll typically need to put a subfloor under a tile floor. Fiber cement backboards are the most common choice, but using plywood is also possible. Don’t neglect this step, or you could risk water damage and grout or tiles prematurely cracking or crumbling, especially in an area with high foot traffic.
It’s best to start with tiling the shower floor before moving on to the walls for the most visually-pleasing results. When taking on any tiling project, you’ll want the wall tiles to “sit” neatly on the floor tiles rather than overlapping them. Finishing your floor tiles first will allow you to place your wall tiles without any gaps, holes, or awkward intersections.
You have creative freedom when it comes to your tile trim. If, however, you are considering skipping tile trim, please think twice about that. It is good practice to install tile trim, whether on walls or flooring. Think, too, about the aesthetic you are going for and choose a trim type and color that will help enhance the space.
You can technically install tile over tile, but we don’t suggest it. Installing tile over any surface that isn’t a completely flat and prepared subfloor will result in a shoddy overall job, uneven flooring, tiles that don’t adhere, extra weight, gaps, cracks, and room for moisture and dirt to enter. For the best results, only install new tile on a flat, sanded surface like subflooring or concrete that is prepared for tile.
If you have asbestos tile and would rather tile over it than remove it, or if your existing tile is completely flat and bonded tightly to the floor, you may be able to tile over existing tile. But experts recommend thinking twice before you do.
Replacing tile flooring can take a few days for a pro, but larger rooms will need more time. It takes eight to 12 hours for a tiling pro to remove old grout and tiles across 100 square feet. Then, it will take about four hours to prep the subfloor for tiles and another eight to 10 hours for a pro to install new tiles.
