"Valley Plumbing was great-of course, the cost of the job was a lot higher than a handman, but we really liked our plumber. He answered all of our questions, was professional yet relatable. We've made another appointment to install a gasline to the kitchen for a gas range. We will continue to use Valley Plumbing."

"I had a natural gas line repaired for my gas grill. The tech. (Erik) was great, he gave me suggestions for the repair and bring it up to code. He also found a small gas leak in my fireplace and fixed that. Thank you Any Hour."

"Whipple Heating and Air - A Service Whipple Heating and Air was a lifesaver when our AC died on a hot August day. They arrived the next day! Frank and his team were professional and thorough, explaining everything clearly. The quote was detailed and honest - no surprises! "The process was quick and easy. The water softener went in with no modifications needed to the space it was going into. The tankless water heater is amazing ! Jerik, the installer made sure that first of all it was sized right for my home. Secondly he explained the difference between the old water heater and the tankless. the efficiency that I would see and how it would make a difference in my monthly gas bill. Any questions that I have run across Jerik has followed up with me in a timely manner. I would happily recommend this company."

"I had an appointment with another company that I used in the past, but they couldn't make it until Thursday, this is the hottest week of the year so far and I couldn't wait so I looked for someone else and picked Larkin.  I called and they told me they would have someone out that afternoon.  Jesse came out and had me chillin in just a few hours.  They were there quick and got the job done to keep the whole house from frying in this heat.

"Scott replaced the water heater, and also cleared our basement floor drain that another very popular plumbing company (that supposedly specializes in drain clearing) could not clear. This other company had quoted me $1300 to excavate our basement and clear the drain. More if they had to move the furnace to get at the drain. Scott from Expert had the drain flowing freely in about 10 minutes, for $185. He also recommended the installation of an expansion tank on our new water heater, as he felt the pressure is what caused premature failure of our previous water heater. Would definitely call this company again."

"Our furnace would not turn off, so we first tried putting new batteries in our programmable thermostat. However, doing that did not fix the problem. Next, I called Parley’s PPM Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling for some help. David, who answered the phone, was pleasant and helpful, and he made an appointment for us for the next day within the 8 am to 10 am time period. Meanwhile, we worked on reprogramming the thermostat, which was a bit tricky, but the furnace began working properly again. We thought we would have the Parley’s furnace specialist check our furnace anyway, just to make sure there were no other problems with it. Robert Winget, the furnace specialist, arrived within the proposed time frame and was very knowledgeable and professional. He checked out our furnace and found no problems with it and there was no charge for the service."

"very professional, very efficient and diagnose issue immediately"
