What to Know Account set-up: Our “family accounting” means we set up one account under the name of the guarantor (person responsible for the account) to serve all family members. One monthly statement will be sent to include all family members. Dependents over the age of 18 will be set up with their own account, listing them as their own guarantor, even though they may share the same insurance plan as the family. Registration: Your insurance card, photo ID, and co-pay payments are required at the time of each service. Payment: Cash, Checks, or credit/debit cards are accepted at all Granger locations. We are happy to submit claims to insurance companies on your behalf. Many payment plan arrangements and options are available by calling our Business Office.
