I have been going to the SAMs doctor for nearly 30 years. He has never failed to be friendly, thoughtful, and kind. The rest of the office staff have also been great. I also go to another doctor there and he is equally good.

Awful, humiliating, no answers for a scary disease no education provided. He told me I'm enormous. I'm tall 5'. 10" and 160lbs. Now I starve myself because I'm fat according to this doc and I'm hypoglycemic every day. BG levels average 33-35 daily because he wrecked my self worth

We called and set up an appointment, and made sure they accepted our insurance. When we arrived, they stated that only one doctor in their office accepted our insurance, and Dr. Burgett was not one of them. They said if we wanted to see that specific doctor that accepted our insurance, we would need to wait until the END OF SEPTEMBER!!! This was unacceptable because we had already waited over a month for this appointment. VERY UNHAPPY!!!

I love my doctor. He has been my doctor for a lot of years. Their staff was very friendly.

She is very thorough and listens if I have any questions. She is upbeat. She explains things in my terms and she is happy to see us. For her and her medical assistant, it is good but there have been a couple of doctors there that I don't like.

I unfortunately had to move or I still would be with the Doctor. It's hard to find good doctors such as these.

I went to the urgent care office to get stitches on my finger. I needed 4 stitches. They were prompt and professional. My cost was covered by insurance.

Dr. Nelson has been my primary care physician for the past 18 months or so. On my latest visit, a trainee (intern? resident?) was working with him; I saw her first. She did a thorough interview and routine exam, after which Dr. Nelson came in. He had reviewed her findings, asked questions, and we discussed some concerns. He took his time -- didn't just breeze in and out. This has been his manner every time I've seen him; he's caring, spends his time with patients, and listens to them. His treatment has been excellent, and I'm glad to have him as my physician.

I have always had a very good experience. My doctors are thorough. My foot is doing great. They are just good doctors. They caught my diabetes at that place and so I was able to get it checked. It is a good place and they all are very good. I have been going to them for years.

The front desk for Dr. Richards was friendly and efficient and I didn't have to wait very long. I was able to get x-rays in the same building without delay. Overall I like the clinic. It's nice to have many services under one roof. However, I would have liked to see the doctor I made the appointment with. I am using the Physical Therapists across the hall from the Orthopedists and I really like them.

The staff is friendly and every time I go to the lab I am seen promptly even when no appt has been scheduled. Every technician has been professional and efficient.

He is very pleasant and informative. He always tells you what he is doing.

I last saw him for an eye problem. He was okay, I wasn't that impressed.

.I see her two to three times a year. She is very professional and really knows her field. She was the only one that could figure out what was wrong with me after I had seen four other doctors. Best medical communication at this facility.

He feels he is in good care overall.

I see Dr. Robert Smith. He's an optometrist. My experience went very well. I've always been pleased. I've never just gone away. I'm satisfied. I think he does an excellent job. I'm always willing to go back. Their availability is good. They schedule the appointments usually within a couple of weeks. The office is clean and comfortable. There's good parking. I've never waited more than couple of minutes. Their communication is fine. I would continue to use them in the future.

Dr. Walker is very casual. He does not tell you all the things you need to know. I since had another surgery and I did not go back to him. He referred me to physical therapy after the surgery he did on me. The staff is real good. There is no orthopaedic office that will get you in and out quickly. I will not be going back to him. I have changed my orthopaedic doctor.

He has a very personalized and excellent bedside manner. He does not fly in and out of the door. He spends his time and he talks to you. He discusses options and gives you alternative treatments, which are not necessarily always medication. He practices preventive medicine, which I really appreciate. He is very friendly and concerned. He comes across if he has a genuine concern for his patients, which is a rare thing. As a matter of fact, I have referred all my children or at least the one that they are here in town to use Dr. David Nelson's service. I have also referred several friends of mine to use Dr. David Nelson's service. I would definitely use his service in the future too.

Dr. Harrison's staff is very efficient. Appointments are made and I'm processed quickly. He is very caring. when I am in his office I have his complete attention. I feel like I have been heard and my problems are addressed. He is wonderful.
