"The owner and his team came in and within two days completed the project. Had expressed concern about one of the beams used there were splits all the way down both sides. The owner said it was the best beam that was in stock. My concern is after the expense of the project why the owner wouldn't want the best material to represent his business. Was told to register trex I've yet to receive an email from him. Had requested the post be replaced don't feel comfortable with the integrity of the post. Since the completion of the project I've not heard back from the contractor. Feel like after the sale the follow up service is just as important, and I'm not seeing that from this company. The team was fast and efficient and I'm happy about that, but just don't feel my concerns were addressed as I would have liked about the post specifically. So if you hire them just make sure you have everything you want before final payment, or you might never hear back from them. So overall quick turn around once the team starts A grade, follow up with customer after project D grade."
