She was so quick in answering my inquiry, I think I received a call within a minute of my inquiry, and so willing to work within the timeframes that I needed help. Her business has cleaned my house - still under construction - twice now and Iâ ve been so pleased with their work! They show up promptly and by the time they leave, theyâ ve done everything that was expected for the amount of time allotted. Every space they cleaned was spic and span! Iâ m so thankful that I found Clean-er Up, thereâ s no way I could have kept up with the house while itâ s under construction. "These ladies did a nice job of using my available decorations to help me stage the home. What they cleaned, they did a very nice job of, however I paid them $1000 to clean my 2700 square foot house. The pantry floor was never cleaned, cabinets were not dusted, counter tops were not cleaned and the lower floor rug was not vacuumed. As I said, what they did they did well. I was very disappointed that for $1000 they did not complete the job. Windows were not included in this cleaning nor was carpet shampooing. This was understood from the beginning and was not expected, however I did not expect for $1000 to have to finish dusting, vacuuming and floor mopping myself."
