From taking several months on a quoted 2 week project, to destroying things around the property including power lines, water lines, brick walls, landscaping, driveways, walls, doors, camera equipment, etc., due to negligence, to charging nearly 50% more than their bid price, to not showing up to the job site for days at a time, to having employees sit around doing nothing for hours at a time when they do happen to show up, to lying directly to your face time and time again they failed by every single metric conceivable. "Horrible. Rose salesman came to house and was extremely professional and impressive. We liked what was presented and hired them to do our job and paid a deposit. They could not schedule us in until 6 weeks later. The cold weather conditions were too risky to do the job and feel confident that it would set properly and agreed with Rose to delay the job until late spring 2018. We subsequently accepted an offer on the house and have sold it. We have requested our deposit back from Rose and they will not even respond, just totally ignoring all communication. Very unprofessional to say the least. Stay as far away from this company as possible!!"

"This painter was not organized and did not do the work in a professional manner. I expected for all of the patching, filling, sanding to occur first. Then paint by first cutting in all of the edges and then rolling the walls. He randomly did patch work and painted. His painting was done haphazard and not complete. Nothing was taped off leaving a big mess and paint dots everywhere. He did not use the type and sheen of paint I asked for."
