Then we seal the floor with our own brand of commercial sealer and finish. It looks like Urethane, last's like urethane and it cleans like Urethane. But Unlike urethane there is no odor, and it dries in just one hour. So you can literally seal each floor with multiple coats in just a few hours. This is why our floors look so good and last so long! The clients can walk right on their floor and put furniture down as soon as we are finished.
