He seamlessly put up a pony wall where a wall had been taken down, repaired major gaps in the drywall due to ceiling and lighting remodeling, and added a beautiful backslash. The only thing I could possibly list that was not effortless was the communication after the job was completed. I never heard when the job was finished and had to call to get my invoice emailed to me. Maybe a tip would be to call the customers after you are complete and you could even take photos of the before and after (if you dont already) to then send to the customers. Maybe this was just a one off scenario with me. But this was easily solved when I called to check in with Mike.
So thank you for the great initial experience. Another plus along side of his price that made me decide to go with his company is that he did not degrade, berate, or speak Ill of any competitors. I cannot say the same thing about the competitors that I talked to for quotes before speaking with Mike Maddocks personally.
