AZA Repair & Brenovations HVAC Are the Worst Landmark sent AZA Repair for my refrigerator, and they left it worse than before?still not working, scorch marks from a blowtorch, copper lines sticking out, tools and oil left behind, and no receipt. Then Landmark sent Brenovations HVAC for an AC motor replacement, and that turned into exposed wires, bolts hitting fan blades, missing parts, and complete disregard for safety near my kids? play area. Both companies were unprofessional, negligent, and refused accountability. Landmark?s use of these contractors makes me seriously question the value of having a home warranty at all."

Both the guy I talked to on the phone and the guy I met in person (assuming they were different) weren't particularly kind. I may be naive because this is the first time I have ever had to pay for a car lockout but $125 for a old 2007 Grand Cherokee that took the guy not even 2 minutes to unlock when he only had to drive 15-20 minutes seems excessive."

"We were told by this company that they could come and unlock our car last night for $79. We were told a technician would be calling and would be there once they finished the job they were at. They never called/showed-up. When I called this morning they said they’d come and open it. They showed up an hour and 45 minutes later, and charged us $108. I have called to get a refund on the amount that was over-charged, and have been hung-up on twice."
