Once reviewed/approved by the property Owner, WC will follow through with all required permitting so construction can start asap. 3-D modeled renderings are also offered to assist the Owner in visualizing what the final product will look like. WC will provide real cost pricing. We will not offer a *low ball* price to get the project, with intentions of gouging the Owner as the project moves along. We often miss out on projects because our competitors play the low ball game. We also do not offer *under the table pricing*.
