Despite a glass contractor twice making mistakes on the window repair (once bringing the wrong glass, and once breaking the glass upon installation), Joe’s team completed the job in a way that exceeded my expectations by keeping me apprised of progress along the way and ensuring the work could be finished on a timeline that was acceptable to me. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire this talented group again.
