"Great.  I called them, the scheduled a date about 3 weeks out.  They called the night before to verify the appointment.  It was scheduled at 2pm, but they asked if I wanted to do the morning.  I couldn't, so we stuck with the original appointment.
They called at about 1pm to tell me he was on his way and verify that I would be home.  When he got there I showed him what I needed, and he got right to it.  I had most of the parts so I didn't need to buy any parts from them.   He worked hard, and got it done. He did the panel right, taking no shortcuts.  
He was a nice guy. We chatted easily, and he showed me how to do the boxes in case I wanted to do the rest myself.  All in all it was great and I would have them back again.
He did ask if he could take 5 minutes at the end and pitch their services.  I said that was fine.  He did it quickly while he was finishing the hall light.  It wasn't heavy handed at all.
