"William responded within an hour. He was very informative and personable. We scheduled a pool and spa cleaning for less than a week later and the pool winterization later this month. Sheldon came today and was very helpful. He cleaned and serviced the spa and pool and recommended a vacuum on Amazon that brushes the pool at the same time. It was a third of the cost of the one we have. They sent a comprehensive report with photos and info on the chemical findings and additions. So far the service has been superb!"

"They sent someone out to come fix it. I go online when I have an issue, instead of calling. It is very easy. You go online and tell them what is broken. The respond with who will be coming out within 24 hours. They have different plans for different amounts of money. I have my house and pool covered. I pay a $75 copay a month. I have had them for several years, and have never had an issue."
