"I do not normally leave reviews but I was so impressed with the level of service and professionalism that John from Thoro-clene provided I thought it needed to be recognized. I found Thoroclene because of the high number of positive reviews they had already received and they did not disappoint. We had several puppy pet stains and a soda explosion in our new home. John came in and went through each room with us. (UVlight was eye opening! :) In very short order he explained what the stain removals would require and what treatment was needed then he went to work. He finished the entire home in under 3 hours from start to finish and it looks amazing. I would highly recommend their services to anyone and will definitely use them in the future if needed. Thanks John for a very pleasant experience"

I may have asked the same question on a different day, but we were overwhelmed with moving at the time. I also wish he had pointed out that there were a couple of spots where filler was used and would be visible after the job was done. He did not give me an option for replacing a piece of wood as an alternative. The rest of the floor turned out very nice."
