They removed or transplanted the existing vegetation; dug, leveled, and compacted the foundation; precisely placed every paver, filled the boxes with fresh topsoil, and installed drip irrigation. They also put down fabric and gravel in the walkways and around our shed to complete the look and keep weeds down. I couldn't be happier! "They say that pictures are worth a thousand words. I could tell you how once Aaron Capello (the salesman) took our bid, and our money, we never heard from him again. I could tell you how a quoted 6-week bid turned into an almost 6-month job. (The bid was for 4-6 weeks out. The fence was installed 6 months later) I could tell you how Brie, the "scheduler" was put in charge of our job and contacted my mom once; every other time we had to call her. I could tell you that the job boss rescheduled multiple times, and never showed up on the days he said that he would. I could tell you how we ordered and paid for, REINFORCED Vinyl, as the fence is bordering a horse pasture, yet what was installed is a cheap material and feels like if a strong wind comes along it will blow it over, and there is absolutely ZERO reinforcement. I could tell you how the custom gate, which we spent extra to have built, is not reinforced, has some flimsy piece of vinyl across the backside that is only decorative and NOT reinforcing, and that the gate itself only needs a little pressure and it's already coming apart. I could tell you how the End post that was installed for the existing chainlink fence is NOT an end post, but a center post, and still does not have a top on it. Or how said post is not attached to the vinyl fence. Or how the workers failed to stretch the existing chainlink fence so that it sags. I could tell you how neither the gate nor the fence is LEVEL. I could tell you how NO ONE has come back out to the property to look at the fence after we notified them of all the issues. (Now over a month later) Or, I could just post pictures and you can decide. "DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Contracted at 2 Months for work, but took 7 months. Had to get with Legal Council and stopped work, until upper management (Office and field) would do the agreed upon tasks they had backed out on last minute, that was previously agreed upon. Do not accept anything from them unless in writing! They will refuse to put it in written even when asked directly in written, just will ghost you when asked or repsond to something else and never acknowledged it in writing. But will agree verbally or in person regularly, then back out at time to do the work weeks or months later. Happened regular during this job! Used Car Salesman Tacks by management!! Respond every few days or week later even when following up on things often. Wrong stone installed, put breakers back forgetting to wire back into electrical panel resulting no power for couple days, forgot to glue PVC piping underground and questioned if did with a response it was done but dug up to check finding was not done resulting in entire yard being dug back out to redo all underground piping! You will need to have inspectors hired for each stage to find all their errors! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!"
