"He did all his work remotely via the internet. It was all very simple from my standpoint since all I did was assist him in getting the link with my computer and he took it from there. The computer was so slow and overrun with adware that it was virtually unusable.when he started but since Jim applied his touch to it, it works great again. I used to hear the strong winds and feel the cold air and drafts with my old windows. Now I hear nothing, and I noticed immediately the day after they were installed, it felt warmer too. "Since multiple companies were involved I had to wait while each phase was completed. First removal of all furniture then drying of walls, then opening of cement, then plumber to replace pipes and close cement. Finally carpet replaced and furniture moved back. 3 month process. But insurance paid for it for my 40.00 dollars a month."
