However, they no-showed the first two times I had them scheduled without calling, and took more than a month to complete a fairly simple job, probably because they were waiting on a supplier. I would know for sure if they were better communicators. I had to call and ask questions. I also had to have them come back a couple of times to finish jobs correctly. In the pick two dilemma - price, speed, or quality - they're good for price and quality if you are patient and diligent about following up. If you need it done fast and right the first time, find someone else and be prepared to pay a higher price."

He advised me that I would be better off performing the repair myself considering my mechanic background and walked me through everything I would need to do to repair the leak myself including tools and parts required. I offered him cash but he refused as he said he was happy to help me understand my problem as well as provide insight as part of their free evaluation. Overall I was extremely pleased with both the customer service as well as the timely manner at which he was able to get me on his schedule same day. "
