I think one of the things that catches a client off guard sometimes is the number of decisions that go into designing a home. This can be overwhelming without someone to help guide that process. As a Residential Designer it is my job to not only help methodically layout those decisions, but then layout the particular timing. Presenting all the decision at once is actually irresponsible and unhelpful. As the Designer we are going to parse out this process into neat little packages.
