"I needed someone to put down a concrete patio for me. I had been given 3 local companies that people highly recommended. After contacting each for a bid, I was told from each company they would be out within the week to give a quote. I was never contacted from any of the companies after that. I decided to try Angi’s website and within 30 minutes of placing my “help wanted” information, I was contacted by Kano from AAA Quality Concrete and within two hours of that initial contact he was at my house and was able to give me an estimate. I feel the cost was comparable to what others have told me they paid for concrete work, but at this point I was impressed simply because of the response time I was provided. Fast forward…the patio is now complete and it looks fantastic! The crew that was here were professional and courteous. When they left after the work was completed, the work area was left clean without a sign they were here except for the new patio. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend to those needing quality concrete work."

"I have worked with Webb Premier since before their Premier days. They have done excellent work for me over the years. I have already referred them to many people and clients who have had them do all sorts of projects with great results. From small to bigger jobs, I would not hesitate to recommend them and continue to do business with them."
While the terms deck and porch are often used interchangeably, they are two distinct home features. Porches offer a roof that protects from the elements when coming and going from the house. Generally, porches are on the front of your home. On the other hand, decks are generally built in the backyard of a home and offer no roof or protection from the elements, like rain or snow. Porches typically require less maintenance and upkeep thanks to the roof, but both features require regular cleaning and repairs to maintain good condition.
It might seem counterintuitive, but the best time to install a paver patio is during late fall to winter. The cold and wet weather of those seasons can help your patio installer perfect the foundation for your patio. Plus, you'll likely be able to find better sales and deals during the colder months when patio installation business is typically slower. Consult a local patio paver professional to determine the best time to install based on your area’s climate.
The cost to build a deck is $8,025 on average. However, this cost can range anywhere from $1,500 to $22,000, depending on multiple factors, such as size, materials, and deck type. You can expect to pay $30 to $60 per square foot when building a new deck.
Cedar decks are often the most cost-effective option, ranging from $4 to $9 per square foot for materials. However, pressure-treated decking, which is resistant to rot, is more expensive, ranging from $15 to $25 per square foot for materials.
A paver patio can last anywhere from 20 to 100 years, depending on the type of pavers and how well you maintain them.
Travertine pavers are usually the most durable, lasting 100 years or more, with regular maintenance. Concrete brick pavers have a variety of shapes and colors available and typically last 25 to 50 years. Traditional brick pavers have a more classic look, lasting around 20 years with proper maintenance.
The cost of a paver patio is $3,800 for a 280-square-foot patio on average. Depending on the patio size, paver material, and design complexity, this cost can range from $2,400 to $7,000 or more.
The size of your patio is a significant factor in the project’s overall cost. If you're building a smaller patio of only 60 square feet, your costs will be closer to $480 to $1,500. If you want a more luxurious 900-square-foot patio, you'll spend closer to $7,200 to $22,500.
