✨ Hi everyone! ✨\n\nI’m Mariah Cawelti, a mom of amazing kids, a nursing student, and the owner of this small cleaning business based in Ogden, Utah.\n\nLife is definitely busy, but cleaning has always been something I genuinely enjoy. I’ve always been the type who loves organizing, deep cleaning, and turning messy spaces into something fresh, calm, and beautiful again. Honestly… it’s a little bit of an obsession 😅\n\nBetween school, mom life, and everything in between, I started this business because I wanted to do something I love while also helping others feel more at peace in their homes.\n\nI offer residential and Airbnb cleaning with a focus on detail, consistency, and making your space feel and smell brand new again.

"Lea and her helper did an amazing job. I lost my last cleaner a couple of years ago and haven't liked any one else till now. All other company's only did what I would call "light cleaning" and vacuumed around dirt clothes on the ground. Lea moved my daughter's entire bedroom to the larger room that was now available since my son moved out. She had her own tool box to unbolt her bed and reassemble it. Even my extra hangers were color coordinated. I told her to make the executive decision on where items should go. Lea place items where she thought was most practical. My daughter now has a keepsake box, craft bin, and shelf for all her nail and hair products. I scheduled a second appointment with her for just over a week from now. Thank you Lea"

Range Hoods questions, answered by experts

No, you can’t install just any microwave over your range. You have to get a specific type of microwave known as an over-the-range unit. These include venting and lighting features that you’ll need above your stovetop.

Although countertop units are more affordable, they won’t work for this type of installation. To avoid hazardous conditions in your kitchen, buy the right type of microwave for your needs.

By positioning ductwork for optimal airflow and reducing potential leaks.

No, range hoods do not necessarily have to be vented outside. Ductless or non-vented range hoods are available, which are common in condos or small kitchens where connecting to external ductwork isn't feasible. These hoods operate by taking in air, filtering it through charcoal filters to help eliminate smoke and odors, and then recirculating the cleaned air back into the kitchen. However, while these recirculating hoods are more versatile, venting to the outside is still the preferred and more effective method for completely removing smoke, odors, and gases from the room.

You should contact a local range hood installation professional to install your range hood and do the ductwork. Prices range from $50 to $100 per hour, with the total number of hours required varying based on the project complexity. Simple installations might take an hour or two, while more complicated ones can take four hours or more.

If a range hood has minor issues, the average repair costs $85 to $210. This accounts for both parts and labor. More extensive damage can cost as much as $300 to $500, at which point it may be worth considering completely replacing the range hood.
