The pantry floor was never cleaned, cabinets were not dusted, counter tops were not cleaned and the lower floor rug was not vacuumed. As I said, what they did they did well. I was very disappointed that for $1000 they did not complete the job. Windows were not included in this cleaning nor was carpet shampooing. This was understood from the beginning and was not expected, however I did not expect for $1000 to have to finish dusting, vacuuming and floor mopping myself."
