Once we got connected we got right to work and figured out what the issue was and how to repair it. I had to run to hardware store to get the correct tool to make the fix, but Bob, the tech I worked with, left me detailed instructions and with the right tool, I was then able to make the fix and reassemble the range. The quality was horrific.! After showing Rod, F that wiping and mark off the wall would cause the paint to run. He agreed to bring in a professional to redo the job. We were very satisfied with the paint job that was redone. We are satisfied with the quality and workmanship done, however.
