"I'm a DIYer, but I prefer to leave some things to the professionals. Brandon at Easy Day was exceptional. We'd had some appliance failures, so I got bids for whole-house surge protectors. Easy Day is a locally-owned small business, was competitive, and didn't do the upsell franchise companies love. Brandon explained the options, was transparent on costs, and did excellent work. The supply house was out of one part, so Brandon upgraded it at no additional cost. He took time to explain how everything worked. I asked him to look at my existing in-line surge protectors, and he showed me in the specs how they were little more than glorified power strips. The unit he installed has ten times the protection and protects the entire house, including appliances, computers, and my wife's quilting machine. We've had circuit boards go out on five of these around the same time, so I expect either they conspired to go on strike together, or we had power issues. Needless to say, I'd use them again"
