The person who came to our house from Bath fitter,was knowledgeable, and product I believe is made in the USA.. Our installers were wonderful... They did such a wonderful job... "Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"We had them come and give us a quote to put a bath fitter in a compact shower. To be fair, we also asked them to raise the ceiling height to match the rest of the bathroom as the shower had a drop ceiling which I expected to cost a little more. The lady who came was extremely professional, timely, and well organized. I will say I was a tad shocked though when the quote was a little over $7800. We ended up going with a different contractor who redid the shower with tile and redid another bathroom floor for over $1000 less than the bath fitter quote for the shower alone. I would say this company would be a better fit for a more basic job. They did have really nice, stylish design options for this type of shower."
