"We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. Recently when we were having problems with our computers, we tried contacting our service contractor multiple times. He never responded. Feeling frustrated, I contacted James at North Alabama Technical Services and explained our situation. He instantly came to our rescue. "They first thing he told me was that I did not need a new humidifier. All I needed to do was replace the filter and clean the hard water deposits around the frame. He was honest and on time. Worth every penny. He made arrangements for a filter to me sent to me and we made arrangements for him to check out my air conditioning and furnaces in the spring."
