"Paramount Pros ended up doing a good job on new gutters, painting wood soffit & fascia, and trim around sliding patio doors. However, they no-showed the first two times I had them scheduled without calling, and took more than a month to complete a fairly simple job, probably because they were waiting on a supplier. I would know for sure if they were better communicators. I had to call and ask questions. I also had to have them come back a couple of times to finish jobs correctly. In the pick two dilemma - price, speed, or quality - they're good for price and quality if you are patient and diligent about following up. If you need it done fast and right the first time, find someone else and be prepared to pay a higher price."

I am not licensed as a general contractor but can provide a fair labor cost for carpentry work and manage the renovation with the use of trusted sub contractors to ensure your home will be completed in good quality to your liking.
