"The 10+ year old water softener at our  rental property  (4/2.5 house) failed and our tenant needed a repair. We live in another state and the long-distance coordination of any repair is tricky but dealing with plumbing issues is especially challenging. It takes a lot of trust to be comfortable that the work is being done right, on time, at a fair price and with respect for the tenant. We turned,as usual,to Angie's List and found Ronnie Steele of Steele's Plumbing Inc. Ronnie was a great help to us. To befin, he did a prompt,  no-obligation inspection and diagnoses of the water softener. While onsite he responded to a tenant concern and cleaned out the discharge pipe which had a clog. He consulted with us on options and prices and when we found an especially good online deal to purchase a new unit, agreed to do the installation on a fee basis and waive the drain cleaning costs too. Throughout, he maintained good communication among the tenant, ourselves and himself despite a 3 hour time zone difference. The job was completed on time, on budget and we felt we were treated fairly and courteously. We highly recommend Ronnie Steele's plumbing company."
