"It started out good but turned out very bad. Eventually, they wouldn’t do all that they were supposed to be doing. When confronted about it, they got defensive, belligerent, confrontative. Many times, their visits were less than 10 minutes. I don’t know of anyone that can maintain a pool and spa in that amount of time. After they left you could see the dirt in the pool but they said they had vacuumed it. They recommend another company to do some work and they did a good job but when the skimmer isn’t working they just blame it on the company they recommend. They wouldn’t even check it out. We have paid this company thousands of dollars and now have to question everything they have told us we needed to have them do. I don’t recommend this company to anyone and would advise anyone using them to take a close look at what they are getting for what they are paying."
