It started out good but turned out very bad. Eventually, they wouldn’t do all that they were supposed to be doing. When confronted about it, they got defensive, belligerent, confrontative. Many times, their visits were less than 10 minutes. I don’t know of anyone that can maintain a pool and spa in that amount of time. After they left you could see the dirt in the pool but they said they had vacuumed it. They recommend another company to do some work and they did a good job but when the skimmer isn’t working they just blame it on the company they recommend. They wouldn’t even check it out. We have paid this company thousands of dollars and now have to question everything they have told us we needed to have them do. I don’t recommend this company to anyone and would advise anyone using them to take a close look at what they are getting for what they are paying.

These guys are amazing. They are the best people ever. The company that we hired to do our pool service. They come out 3 times a week. And then there are extra things that they come out and do like we needed an auto fill so they did an auto fill. So they will come out and do big jobs but they come out three times a week, to vacume out our pool, straighten up our pool area to make sure that everything is running well. And they are really, really, really good. They charge $350 per month and they come out 3 times a week. We have had different pool serivces here, they are by far the best. Nobody even touches them. The different pool companies that we have used here and they are accutally about $50 cheaper. At least $50 cheaper and they are so good and so professional. The pool guy, he is pleasant, and very professional. I don't know how long it takes him, I don't stand and watch him. He does an excellent job of cleaning up actually he straightens our pool area. He straightens up the chairs and he does an excellent job of straightening everything up. It's just perfect when the pool area is done, the chase lounges, the table, everything he straightens up really well.

It went very well. Curtis, the owner, organized the work so that there was very little downtime. He's so professional and we're happy that he worked on our pool.

They do routine maintenance and have replaced a chlorinator already. They are definitely the cheapest that we have used so far and the best quality. They are more professional and do a better job than everyone else too.

I called Worry Free Pool Service after reading the reviews in Angies List. I contacted the owner Curtis on Tuesday explaining the problem with our pool and how we really wanted it up and running while our grandchildren were in town.  Curtis said he could come by the next day.  Now I'd heard this before from contractors, so when he showed up first thing Wednesday ready to help I was very pleased.  He quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed the plugged pipes by reversing the water flow, and dislodging the obstruction.  While he was doing that, he noticed several other problems with the water piping system that had existed when the pool was first installed years ago.  I can't tell you how nice it is to have someone who knows what he is actually doing find a previously unknown problem, and fix it!  Curtis was very nice, courteous and extremely professional and I would recommend his firm to anyone.
You know the old adage "You get what you pay for".  Well, in most cases that is true, but my dealings with Worry Free Pool Service and Curtis Dunkley have proved that wrong ... and in a good way.  There are a lot of 'Craig's List experts' out there who claim they can fix and diagnose pool problems, but actually know next to nothing and can in fact make things worse.  The price I paid Worry Free Pool Service was probably comparable to some 'dude' coming out, but the additional peace of mind in knowing there is someone to call on is priceless.  I think the name says it all ... Worry Free Pool Service.  Thanks Curtis!

Okay, just charged $37 for a 5 minute repair that was suppose to be included with weekly maintenance. Charged an additional amount for labor. Hourly rate is $75. To high for not being certified.

We have been using this service for over a year.  The owner Curtis and his employees do a fantastic job and know their stuff.  We are very happy.
We did have one experience with another company, Sharkey's.  We had a home warranty contract with Landmark Homes and when our pool heater broke, they insisted we use Sharkey's.  We had a hard time even getting them to show up and when they did, the owner misdiagnosed the problem.  I asked for another service call and he was a no-show.  Frustrated, I called Curtis and he was there almost instantly - he knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it in minutes.

I called Worry Free Pool Service after moving into a new home with a pool.  This was the first time I have had a pool so I was not that familiar with what was needed to maintain my pool.  This is a second home so I wanted someone I could trust to do the job wile I was not there.  They provided me with a lot of information about chemicals and pool operations.  They helped me understand how I needed to use the pool properly and keep it operational during each season.  I also had a leaky pump and they walked me through the different options and I was able to make a good decision on replacing the pump.  They performed that job for me and I am very satisfied with their work.  Curtis Dunkley, the owner, was friendly, prompt and very knowledgeable.  I would highly recommend them to anyone needing this service.
