For starters I offer a 1 year craftsmanship warranty on my work on top of what warranty comes with the product. I do any type of tear out or demo that includes concrete and tile and I always try and keep it dustless I install lvp flooring I can also remove and replace base boards that includes caulk I have a cleaning crew always pick up behind me to ensure no work for you
