Several hours their sister restoration company called me and said the state was concerned with my flooding and mold from my recent need of a hose bib. Our basement didn’t flood and this company tried to represent themselves as the state! I did get the job done by a certified plumber from ACE, total cost $275.00. So...Roto-Rooter upbid by $500.00 and harassed me. Don’t be this companies next mark, they are crooks!"

I let the customer service rep know I have worked with them many times in the past, and make payments with a credit card (That they have on file). She said that even with the credit card, they would not service property management. This is absolutely ridiculous, and I will not be using BD personally. Tankless heaters are also more efficient, so comparing gallon-for-gallon, you’ll spend less on hot water with a tankless heater.
