"Bill is exactly what you want in a general contractor. Never did I feel I was being lied to or forgotten about. I hired Bill to build my forever home and he would constantly give me updates on how things were going and rough timelines. Giving me options on different things we can add to the house that I didn't know existed. Worked with me without ever being rude on any design changes that we thought of during construction. Always answered the phone despite something not going exactly to plan and helped alleviate any of the stress that is building a house. I highly recommend Bill, all of the scary things you hear about general contractors swindling and lying isn't Bill Spratt. Thanks Bill!"

Customers say: Quick response

"Ronnie Williams came highly recommended to me for help in my backyard. An old structure was removed and a small brick wall was built as well as removing a concrete patio and re-pouring the area. I couldn’t be more pleased with the workers as well as the excellent work that was done. Ronnie kept me aware of all plans for the work, when and what time they would be here…..never did they cancel or not show up!!!!! I live in a condominium area where the access is very tight. They brought the trucks, trailers and cement truck in efficiently, on time with great care not to upset the neighbors. That was greatly appreciated by all!!!!! I am extremely pleased with the excellent work and was impressed with the consideration and kindness of the workers. And now I have new friends👍🤗😅 I would gladly give this experience a five star rating. Use them….you will be as pleased as I am. Joyce Jorgensen"

Customers say: Quality work

"They were very responsive and performed the cement tare out and finishing in one day. No complaints except they spilled some of the cement on the lawn and damaged as spit in the lawn. Besides that they did great work."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"We connected on the net , they responded quickly. We decided on a time for the next day. They were on time, ( something unheard of here in St George) got the job done in NO time. I could not be happier or pleased with their ability and knowledge as to how the concrete needed to be opened up without damaging any water lines beneath it. I am a happy camper and would recommend this company totally."

House Leveling questions, answered by experts

On average, a mudjacking repair lasts between five and 10 years, though it can sometimes last for well beyond a decade under ideal conditions. Its longevity depends heavily on several factors, including the condition of the underlying soil, environmental conditions like freeze/thaw cycles and erosion, and whether the root cause of the sinking, such as drainage issues, is resolved. Because it doesn't always fix the underlying problem of loose soil, mudjacking is often considered a temporary solution. Proper maintenance and evaluation can help extend its lifespan.

Costs range from $500 to $1,500, depending on the size and condition of the area.

The timeframe is generally a few hours, allowing for immediate use post-hydration, ensuring minimal disruption to surrounding activities.

Mudjacking restores level surfaces, prevents further damage, and is more cost-effective than a full replacement.

There is no real alternative to underpinning, although mudjacking and polyjacking are other repair methods that can add support from underneath your foundation. Rather than placing supportive piers under your structure, these involve pumping a material under your slab to lift a sunken section back into its original position. Polyjacking, in particular, is sometimes a suitable solution for stabilization issues under slab foundations, but underpinning is often accepted as the best and most permanent solution.
