The proposal was presented so well and the price was within budget I felt really good about signing with this company without needing to check quotes from other companies. After meeting with the project manager, I positively knew I had made the correct decision. A detailed schedule was presented with what I could expect to happen and it did (not to mention my doggies loved him). I felt very comfortable with my color coordinator. She knew her stuff and helped me to pick the best color to match and I absolutely love it!!! The painters were considerate and very respectful of my home. My cupboards, drawers, island and fireplace turned out BEAUTIFULLY!!! I strongly recommend SwiftHand Painting! You will not be disappointed! "These guys are criminals. My 90 year old mother had a pipe break in her basement. It has been well over 5 months since the project began and they keep jerking her around. She complained about a gassy smell at least 3 months ago in the basement and they kept saying all was fine. We finally got the gas company to come out and they found a leak on the line they reconnected to the dryer. About a month prior when visiting my mother I noticed that she had an open sewer drain without any type of plugging in the bath. The removed the toilet and left it wide open for months. When ever they need money from her.. they are there immediately. But it takes them months to repair a bathroom. A 90 year old shouldn't have to climb over the edge of a tub to bathe. Yet they think it is fine. My mom has suffered bronchitis from all the dust. Her washer and dryer have been un-accessible the entire time and she washes her clothing in the sink upstairs. They seldom if ever notify her when they are coming. She has cancer and has to go to St Marks and is always in stress about when or not they are going to show up. Other people have had to go grocery shopping for her. The contractor was even refusing to replace the floor which was clearly written in on the original work order and approved by the insurance. Now there is a leak back in the ceiling they just fixed and replaced and the contractor is telling her that it's her problem and it will cost more money. Clearly they have ZERO integrity and it is time to hire an attorney. My mother has suffered and sucked gas for too many months. NEVER USE THIS SHADY CONTRACTOR. THEY ARE THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN OR EXPERIENCED. Jerry the contractor should be put out of business. I am turning them into the state as well."

In summary, our experience with @Shaun Lynch, @Xiphos Inc., and @General Builder License # 10348455-5501 is he does not tell the truth, he takes your money and runs, and simply stops communicating leaving you with no options.
